Email address is the same as another person which means a letter certificate has been mailed.
No email address provided which means a letter certificate has been mailed.
No email or mailing address was provided which means the staff partner has your certificate.

Sign-In Hints:

Redemption Number is case sensitive. For best results, copy and paste from email certificate.
Password is case sensitive. For best results, copy and paste from email certificate.
Sometimes a zero (0) looks like the letter O, be certain to enter the correct number or letter.

Ordering Hints

Points do not equal dollar amounts but rather level of gift available. Example: $250 - $499 level = 130 pts.
Your certificate entitles you to redeem one item only.
You may select the item from the level you achieved or any level below.
The survey is optional.
Order is NOT complete until you get to “Order Confirmation” page.

Ordering Steps

Add the item to your cart and click “order”
On the ”my order” page, click “checkout”
Survey (optional) – complete and click “next”
Shipping details must be completed, then click “next”
Order Review for accuracy, then click “next”
Order Review – MUST click “next” to finalize order
Order Payment – MUST click “checkout” to finalize order
Order Confirmation – Keep for your records. If you do not get a confirmation number, your order is not complete.
